In both mangas, there are people who attend an academy who, can use "magic" and summon "spirits/divas". According to what they summon, they can use a certain elemental that their summoned being is capable of. The protagonist is a guy, who, is special and seemingly has a shrouded past, and is also surrounded by a group of girls, who may have feelings for him. His summoned being is more of the special type (Seirei, being defeated Demon Lord, Magika, it is Solomon). If you've liked one, you may enjoy the other.

These two Manga's both require a girl to give their power to the ring or a ring to the person so that the MC can use their power to fight. Both are involving Harem Ring-san MC to be OP af because of their girls... ~(˘▾˘~) thank me later

In both mangas, there is an academy people attend where they can practice "sword skills" (swordsmanship). The protagonist of both mangas seemingly has a shrouded past (in Rakudai, some of his past has been leaked). Both protagonists also are surrounded by a group of girls (a harem) who may have feelings of affection for him. There is a "little sister" in both series, who come to see him (part of harem in Rakudai, attacks him in Magika). If you've liked one series, you may enjoy the other.

Magika no Kenshi to Basileus introduces Leme, a girl that has some similarities to Tsukiyomi's Hazuki.

In both mangas, there is an academy where two groups of people train, with two different powers. A person is only supposed to have one of two skills, however, one male has the ability to possess both skills. There are also many girls around him, which seem to have feelings of affection for him. Both mangas are based off light novels. There are differences, as in Magika you either train with magic or swords, as in Seiken, you utilize your ability to become something known as a 'saviour'. If you've read one and enjoyed it, you may like the other.
