Manga: Kuzumi-kun, Kuuki Yometemasu ka?
Both the MCs live in their own world and have a helpful male best friend who looks scary but is actually nice. They are both funny, but Kuzumi-kun, Kuuki Yometemasu ka? has more romance, while Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge is almost purely comedy. However, Kuzumi-kun, Kuuki Yometemasu ka? is depicted from the POV of a popular girl who likes Kuzumi.

Manga: Mendokusagari Danshi ga Asa Okitara Onnanoko ni Natteita Hanashi
Lazy guys doing nothing and giving lazy arguments about their lazy daily life's problems of laziness. Also, the relationship between Oota and Tanaka is alike to Hayasaka and Yasuda. Other similarities: Hayasaka has a little sister who dislikes Yasuda. Tanaka has a little sister who dislikes Oota. Igarashi's personality is alike to Miyano's. However, the premise is very different. I would recommend if you like Tanaka/Yasuda's personality.

The main characters are pretty much Tanaka and Oota Well... if Tanaka was a girl and they had a romantic relationship

Manga: Nijiiro Days
These two are both lighthearted comedy romance series. The characters are all in Highschool and hang out together, have fun and fall in love.

Manga: Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san
If you like wholesome and chill slice-of-life and comedy manga, then this is for you. Tanaka-san is a wholesome and heartwarming story about a highschool student who always paces out. The story is well written and has many comedy aspects that will make you laugh. It’s the perfect manga to read when you want a relaxed and chill story. Similar to Shikimori-san it focuses mainly on its slice-of-life aspects but isn’t afraid to involve some comedy. So, if your looking for a wholesome and funny story about a slepy highschooler, I would recommend Tanaka-san. Also check out the anime. >;)

Manga: Horimiya
Both are cute and relaxing slice-of-life series, while Horimiya plays more strongly on romance Tanaka-kun is relaxing and cute with a slow-building romance but equally as heartwarming plot development.

Both are comedy slice of life manga with rather plain protagonists, which are surrounded by a cast of colorful characters, in a highschool.

Both are 4-koma format about high school boys getting into shenanigans they don't want to get into. Hilarity ensues.

I don't really know how to explain but they are extremely alike.

Manga: Kishuku Gakkou no Juliet
That positive "feel good" feeling you got from whichever of these series you've read you'll likely find in the other too. These 2 manga are very easy to read, a lot of fun the whole way through and more importantly just leave you feeling satisfied after almost every chapter.

Both are comedy manga, with bored, detached loner Mcs which are surrounded by a lot of people that force them to interact and socialize with others.
