Kids stuck in the middle of conflict, protected by adults who they protect in turn. Marginal operation is darker and more military, while Til Death Do Us Part is more of a shounen battle manga. They each have strong action and characterisation. Note that Marginal Operation is NSFW while Til Death Do Us Part is not. 

Both are ongoing series about wargames that become reality. Marginal operation is a seinen one and revolt is a shounen one. 

Both Marginal Operation and Black Lagoon share a number of story elements, with a "socially awkward" Japanese NEET/Salaryman getting entangled in the exploits of a Mercenary/PMC/Pirate outfit. Black Lagoon is generally lighter in tone, but both series play on the humor of the protagonist not fitting in with his hardened surroundings.
