Not a bad light novel. Unfortunately, it will probably remain incomplete forever. The story itself is not bad, but it is difficult to keep it interesting. It is definitely a combination of fantasy, comedy, slice of life, and romance (not mainly focus but could be seen in the volume). Also, I had already seen the anime several years ago, so I was waiting for the light novel to finish, but I was late for the announcement so I finally finished reading the incomplete novel.

I first watched the anime in 2018 I liked it then and have recently rediscovered the series after buying the blu-ray. I love it even more now having read every single inch of the LN. The anime is (despite the switching of the events) is very faithful adaptation, especially in terms of the character dynamics, between the cast and Kanie-kun. The LN excels at making the everyday struggles of a amusement park trying to stay above water funny and engaging.
