Manga: Yagate Kimi ni Naru
Both are shoujo-ai, and both are mangas I have enjoyed. As I was reading Fragtime, the "melodrama" (<-not really, but for the lack of better words) at the end reminded me quite strongly of one of the MCs of Yagate. I personally think Yagate goes a bit deeper into the psychology of the characters and develops them a bit more naturally, so if you are interested in that, I'd recommend checking it out. (In general though, both are simply good shoujo-ai, so if you are looking for more of that stuff, give either a go and you should leave satisfied.)

Manga: Epitaph
If you couldn't get enough of the atmosphere that Epitaph had, I'm sure you'll enjoy Fragtime. Both manga's are about a yuri couple who do strange and supernatrual things together, in Epitaph Astarte and Touwa are "Undertakers" and they deliver the last wishes of the dead to their families, whereas in Fragtime Moritani and Murakami both stop time together for 3 minutes a day and spend it together. Both of these manga have a strong romance aspect and a similar vibe to one another, I can guarantee if you liked one you'll enjoy the other too :)

Manga: Swap⇔Swap
Both have girls with mild supernatural powers (switching bodies in Swap⇔Swap or stopping time in Fragtime) and using them for their own yuri-tastic mischiefs. Swap⇔Swap is a little more light-hearted and comedic. It's also a 4-koma. Fragtime is heavier on the romance and the drama, as well as more ecchi.

Manga: Zenryaku, Yuri no Sono yori
Similar MC : Misono and Haruka are both popular students,while Yuri and Misuzu are both loner,through Yuri is seen as a delinquent. Plot are built on the same line through Fragtime has some supernatural things. Both of them are good shojo-ai.
