Similarities: The same situation where "REVENGE" is the main theme. The same situation where the protagonist were pushed to their limits and found themselves with only getting payback. Dissimilarities: One was about an idol that was on the bottom of the totem pole that always on the receiving end of the bulling. While the other is about an old man whose family was a victime of a criminal tragedy and has become obsesses in getting back at those criminals and make them pay. 

Similarities: Both manga have the same revenge theme, where the MC underwent such adversity that has driven them to get back against those who wronged them. Dissimilarities: One was set in the present while the other was set in some fantasy land.  

Both series share a similar premise. In Genocider, the main character is terrorized by the kidnapping and abuse of his daughter. However, a warning: both contain sensitive content, including abuse and violence. For me, 17-sai focuses more on themes of slavery beyond just abuse. In Genocider, there are additional themes like revenge and a love triangle, and there are multiple characters who experience abuse throughout the series.
