Both will draw you in with great stories and even greater characters... both deal with longevity, fighting monsters and close friends/siblings becoming enemies. And you can't help but notice that Abel and Rain are like inter-dimensional twins XD

Both prominently feature vampires and the Vatican. Charley from Vassalord is something of a combination between Tres and Abel from Trinity Blood.

similarity: vampires; blood; dispute between human and vampires... both are beautifully drew mangas, but Vampire Knight is more focused on romantic matters in my opinion.

A lot of vampires, religious references, an overpowered vampire male protagonist and a new-in-the-organization female protagonist.

both have similar vampires-related plot..

Both stories feature a red-haired heroine and a vampire or demon working for the church. Kainushi wa Akuma is a soft shoujo romance. Trinity Blood is more of a Gothic -Action-Tragedy in which you wish there were romance between the hero and heroine.

Both are stories about vampires and vampire-hunting priests.

Both are about vampires and the people who fight them (who are also sometimes vampires themselves). The humor is similar as well.

While they are not the same kind of story, the art as been done by the same artist so if you loved one you will certainly like the other!

Hades-sensei (can't remember his first name) reminds me of Abel from Trinity Blood. Both have pale hair and skin and are idiots (as called by their co-stars) that hide tremendous power

These manga feature similar theme: vampires and humans fighting against each other in a dystopian world. Also there are characters that are very attached to their friends, best friends turning into enemies and vampires working along with humans for the good of both species (enemies becoming friends). TB is more adult-like, more mature and gory while OnS focus more on younger characters, "school" settings, but it also provides awesome action. I personally like TB more because it has a lot of political plot and great fights, also slight romance while OnS focus more on friendship and only in developping the three main characters. While Trinity Blood focus on Action, comedy and Sci-fi , Shiki focus on mystery, horror and psychological plot. Both are about Vampires and a war between Humans and Vampires.

Both shows deal with vampires. Both shows have main characters who have siblings in the opposing faction. Both of them vow to defeat their siblings so that there would be no more harm. Both of them doubt about themselves until they eventually accept who they are.

Both have a lot of elements in common like the fights between monsters (vampires) and humans, with institutions of the church tha fights against such monsters, althoug the involving and dramatic plot.

The plots aren't similar, but the main characters in both are very alike, background and personality-wise. They are both happy, accident-prone knuckleheads who are hiding a dark, destructive past. If you're not used to romance, which you can find in Trinity Blood, it's well worth sitting through to watch the bloody battle scenes. Not to mention both will have you laughing histerically.

Both are great mangas with the vampire theme related to sci-fi (vampires came from space). Both have outstanding action scenes and a awesome plot, where the main guy is a very old vampire that has huge terrifying powers but hides them and hides his painful past behind a smile and a gentle clumsy personality. He also wants to protect humans and vampires no matter what and tries to make them coexist in peace. Also, the woman he deeply loved died in the past.
