K-on! College is a manga that is often mentioned in conversations among anime fans, specifically SoL and Moeblob fans.
Often comments associated with this manga are pleas for an adaptation following the success of the original show. I, myself enjoyed the original anime, I didn't love it, but I liked it. Knowing this fact, I believe I have a fairly unbiased opinion, and that opinion is; this manga is not good. The story is simple, a follow up of the events after the four older girls graduate from Highschool, where the anime left off. This manga is an epilogue story of the main series. Tell a story of our beloved characters going through college. Still have the same wholesome and funny moment throughout the plot. Although they're now in college, their personality didn't change at all, they still how do i say it... kinda childish. I don't hate it, but i freaking love it. Some people may be thinking that's a bad character development right there, for me its not. This is the last time we're gonna see the characters. So its gotta make an impact that will make the characters remembered for who they are.
