This special is a recap of episode 1 to 5 from the main anime. There is no new animation whatsoever, but we have a new voice from M and Pitohui. This is basically like a reaction video from those two, watching and analyzing how the first Squad Jam goes, following LLENN. Not really interesting to watch except you somehow forget the plot line and need to watch recap from the officials. I think its better off to just watch it from YouTube. Though their reaction are counted as "new content", if that's your intention, then that's okay.
They of course reuse the animation, taking highlight clip
...
here and there when there is something significant happening. Also still use the same OP and ED. And the way they use it is very clever too. Its not just randomly placed music in an anime, but the characters is actually listening to it canonically inside the anime. So should you watch this anime? Well if you're a superfan of either Pitohui or M, why not. But I reccomend you to watch it after finishing the main anime even though it is a recap, because there's a subtle spoiler about the show major plot twist. Thank you for reading my review :)

Mannn... This is such a nostalgic trip for me personally. This is my first ever seasonal anime I ever watch, so I might be biased but this anime is awesome. Mind you that I never watch any other SAO franchise. So my review is also gonna be very different from people who is a die hard fan of the franchise. All I know about SAO is that if you die in game, you die in real life too, but with this anime its not really the case, kind of. After doing a little research I found out that GGO is a game where SAO 2
...
take place. So with that in mind, this is like an alternate universe or something? But they also reference the original SAO in here, yeah idk about the timeline.
The story take place in 2026 where VR games are all the rage, now with more safety included. Follow a college student with height complex. But instead of being short complex, this girl have the being tall complex. She try to avoid reality because she is very tall. Really love the unique comedy this anime bring with the tall complex thingy. Like there's one scene where she got kabedon'd and of course it looks goofy because she is taller than the man. Not gonna lie, the comedy in here is always on point, I find myself laughing every episode. Even to the point where I can't wait for the action scene to end just to see the character interaction. Also again that is probably biased because I'm a Slice of Life fans.
As a person who don't watch action anime that often, I'm actually quite impressed they can make me hooked on the fight scene. Sometimes I got flabbergasted because before I realize it, the ED song is already playing. Btw, I never skip the ED song because its feel nostalgic, taking me back to 2018 when everything is still okay. While the OP itself, I rarely pay attention because its just sounds like generic action-pumped anime song. Though if its compared to other popular shonen fighting anime, this one is gonna be below average. There are not really any stake at play here because they fight inside a game, even if they're dead, they can respawn. And I quite love that, cus that mean I don't need to grief when I lose another cute anime girls.
The MC design is very contrast with each other. In real life we have this tall gorgeus woman, while in game she is a little chubby pink girl, unapologetically pink. Everything is pink about her. Beside the MC, we also have other supporting characters. Its so clever too. We can immediately judge which one gonna play which role in the anime based on their design alone. There's a big plot twist in the last episode, and it can be suspected if you're really keen about every characters, but since I already watch it once, I just enjoy the anime without trying to theorize anything. Though I might say by rewatching the series, its also kind of lose its appeal because the mysterious girl is not so mystery anymore.
This might turns out to be a personal yapping down the memory lane rather than an actual review of the anime, but isn't review is also a personal yapping? Yeah idk. Life really has changed a lot since then. I remember I also watch Kobayashi-san as a side anime, but then I stop watching anime. The animation if compared with nowadays anime, of course it will lose. But one thing that stand out is that this anime have a lot of shootout scene. As a fan of FPS games, it is really satisfying to watch barrage of bullet plus cute anime girl on the screen. That's all I can say about this anime, thank you for reading my review :)

So I watch this ?prototype? after I finished the main anime. As a person who doesn't get to abroad the hype train leading to the full anime, I think this short episode really do justice to set off the vibe of the anime. If you plan to watch the main series and don't know how you feel, just watch this first to decide whethee to watch it or not. The only difference would be in animation alone. Same character, same pace, same plot. Me personally just happy to see more content of the three MC girls because they are so adorable even in the early
...
days, barely anything change except now they got backstory and all in the main anime. While in here, they just kinda introduce what kind of activities we will expecting when the full anime release.

This anime is all about comfiness and relaxation of golf. This anime doesn't bring out the competitiveness of sports, but rather the enjoyment we get from playing them. If you're expecting the same level as Haikyuu, this might be not for you. But don't let this stop you to try and dive into this kind of genre. Because me myself always have a great time whenever I watch an episode. Every episode is filled to the brim with joy and happy moment. Perfect watch honeslty, though some might say the pace of the story is very slow, but I love it.
Story open up with
...
our MC girl tryna find her new hyperfixation because recently her favorite gacha game is closed, and she found golf, and she continue to play it until the last episode. That's it guys, that's the story. We get to see her strive to be better at it, we get to see her fail at it, we get to see her buy her favorite club, we get to see her spend countless yen because apparently having golf as a hobby is very expensive. The everyday life of a high school girl doing golf. I mean her hobby is kind of unique tho, because there's barely any student who can afford it after all. That's why the characters in this anime is not plenty.
The main characters consist of 3 golfing girl, 2 of which are still in high school, and 1 is a full fledged working adult. I am now in the age of where people around me are expecting me to work, so it is always nice to see a representation of them in Slice of Life genre where its dominated by students because when you're in the working age, your daily life really consist of well, working. Overall they're all great, the main characters. Very likeable to the point I want to have them as a friend irl. Supporting characters also pop up here and there every other episode. While the main characters are just your normal Japanese girl, the supporting one often come with a quirk to make them instantly memorable even though they're only there for only an episode.
Never skip the OP or ED song because they are very catchy. To the point I save them in my song playlist in YouTube. The opening song will make you hype for what to come in this episode, makes you feel that burning desire to actually doing what you want, for example your hobby. It has a nice meaning to it. Meanwhile the ending song will be the one that comfort you after a session of doing it. They both compliment each other and I love it. One thing I notice is that the animation are different. Between the anime, OP, and ED. It is very noticeable that's why I notice it. The only reason I could think of why they do this is because pure artistic choice. Like I said, the opening is more lively so they put brighter color to match. The ending is a mellow one so they put darker color to match. Honestly I can't stop talking about how beautiful the animation is.
Greatly enjoy the series, waiting every Saturday to watch it on YouTube. And then after that, I get to see everyone reaction of the episode by going to the comment section. Such a nice weeked close off I should say. So should you watch this anime? Definitely, give it a try even though the pace is very slow. But that is also one of the appeal though, slow but steady progress never betrays. I mean our MC girl here achieve her big goal in the latest episode. While other sport anime usually take about three episode, before going into a tournament and all. So that's all I can say about this anime, thank you for reading :)

The synopsis itself should tell you about the vibe this anime give off. This anime is about human, or maybe specifically artist, people who create something. Following everyday life of a girl from rural area in Japan. Everything is so peaceful in there, and it will be the vibe for the whole anime. Just a normal, everyday life. The plot itself is kinda fast paced, because with only under an hour we go through from grade school to adulthood. But at the same time, its also doesn't. You see the anime is very chill and comfy on telling its story. It did not rush itself
...
or shove everything to the viewers, but rather, they leave silent moment for the viewers to process it themselves.
At first I actually dislike the animation visual. Because well, its not like the mainstream media out there with all the cute faces and vibrant colors and stuff you know. They draw it all realistically to the point its kind of surreal. The nose doesn't use simple dot, they draw a nostril for the characters. The hair is not just an outline and then fill it with something colorful, they make it looks realistic that it looks fluffy like girl's hair do. I start to fall in love with the artistic choice the studio take. Because latter down the road, the visual do play an important role in setting the mood for a scene. At that moment, it baffles me how that one simple change can evoke so many emotions and feelings. Also honorable mention on when they animate the 4-koma manga, that is also beautiful on itself.
Story does indeed take a turn for the worse. It might seems like they make the problem exist out of the blue just because why not, the plot need some drama. It appear so sudden and change the whole movie. That's my first thought. It looks like cheap writing just for the sake of something happening. And then a lightning struck me, real life are like this too. You can have stable life, promising future, and all that to be taken away in an instant just because the universe can do that. It is truly heartbreaking when I finally realized that, because I am an adult too right now. Really mimic the 'realistic' art style I mentioned above.
The seiyuu did a great job conveying the characters emotion. They still keep the realistic part in the voice department too. There is no high pitched squeal or moe voice like the usual Cute Girls Doing Cute Things genre. Background music also play a huge role when they enter, though most scene are kept silence for us the viewer to digest or consume it, and I really love it.
Even though im an avid reviewer, I actually lack critical thinking. As a result, I only take this anime as a 'mangaka story'. Didn't think too much of a message behind it or anything. But despite that, still enjoying the movie overall because slice of life genre is my favorite. Only after watching video essay about this anime, that's when I realize they talk about 'creativity' in this anime. That's all I can talk about, thank you for reading my review :)

If you want more content of all the cute girls from the main anime, this is the one to go for. Finish it all in one sit as this special lead you through their daily life. The first 5 episode are literally just them sitting inside the club room playing games and telling stories. Its all is honestly so so cute man, you can never get enough of their unique interaction. For me personally at least, I watch this after I finish the main plot years ago, and coming back to the series has filled me of why I favorited this anime years ago, and
...
also a refresher as I plan to watch the movie. This one is really preserved for those superfan, if you have one of your waifu from here, this is a must watch just because you can get a glimpse of their daily more. Or you could also watch this after every episode of Season 2, you know treat it like a desserr or something.

This anime tells a story about angel and demon. They're actually living here on earth, blending with us all learning about human behaviour. Your first thought may be angel vs demon battle stuff, but no. Note how I write it as angel and demon but not vs, because this is a fell good cute girls doing cute thing anime. Everyone might have a little grunts here and there, but overall its just funny moments on top of funny moments. They really nail the comedy genre because I always catch myself laughing on every episode.
The story itself is almost non existent. You just need to watch
...
the first episode, which is the premise, and then you can decide if this is good or not. From that point onward, every episode isn't connected at all. As far as I remember, there is only two episode connected with each other. Based from that explanation, the story is very light. This anime is basically like any other CGDCT anime, with a twist, and the twist is that our MC are angelic demon plus demonic angel. Love how they also incorporate religious reference here and there.
Even though it contains religion, that still doesn't save this anime from offering fan service. At first it wasn't that obvious or noticeable. But as I progress more through the later episode, I began to realize that the fan service is a little bit moderate. Not really fond of them, but hey at least they manage to hide it behind laughable scene rather than focusing solely on fan service.
Never skipped the OP and ED song they're so catchy. At the first listening, it still hasn't clicked for me yet because of how chaos it is. I mean it's just people shouting and talking and screaming. But as I listen more, my love for it grew too. The VA are all amazing too. Not only did they voiced the characters, they also sing the OP and ED, and I think that's why it is so catchy.
Fall in love with every character introduced, everyone is a matching puzzle, when they all put together it create the perfect episode. Really enjoying this anime even after reading the manga because like I said above, the plot isn't the main thing here. But I got a little bit sad becauss there's no continuation for Season 2 onward, considering the manga is never stopped producing as of now at 100+ chapter. Well, what can we do? Watch the anime, if you want leisure and cute moments. Thank you for reading my review :)

This anime is about retired assasin who try to live his ordinary life with his ordinary family and ordinary business by opening a convenience store. There is surely a lot of shenanigans happens inside the store, and outside too. Following overpowered MC named Sakamoto whose head got a price of millions and millons of yen, no wonder his store is always busy with people from basically everywhere. You can expect action, comedy, drama from this one. Even as a person who never fond of fighting scene or action, this anime surely got me hooked just because it have the perfect balance of every genre, which
...
mean almost everyone can enjoy it.
The story premise is basically John Wick if his wife isn't dead. Sakamoto here is still a very rich guy but he choose the humble life, and I like it. Every episode is very fast paced, so almost every problem is solved within that episode. Exception would be on later episode where the story get more lore and serious. Really enjoying the mystery they set up too. Not much to talk about the story, like I said above I'm not into action so I don't really pay attention to every dialogue or lore drop. Even with just basic understanding of the plot, I manage to grasp the story as a whole.
The animation from my perspective are just like any other generic shonen anime. Can't really find that much of a different, from the fight scene to the normal conversation scene. Though one thing I find unique is how they change the vibe of each scene. I feel like the art is much darker when its being serious, meanwhile it'll become colorful and bright when said problem is done. Thumbs up to all the animator.
And also thumbs up to ask the writer because every single characters, feel like a unique human being, with their own morals and believe. Not everyone just thinking "kill = money" I mean most of them are in for the money, but that's not their sole purpose. Love how kind Sakamoto is to his killer. To the point that some of the killer decide to switch team just because Sakamoto's morals. He's very badass too, harboring indescribable power but he never go all in because it would be overkill and every episode would be 5 minute long. There's a lot of reason he didn't go all in, but most of the time its because the plot said so. That's the problem with overpowered MC, the writer need to find a natural way to nerf him and doing it for 11 episodes straight is not an easy task.
Don't really listen to the OP and ED because my friend always skip them, so can't really judge that. What I can judge is the VA amazing jobs of perfectly voicing every characters. Overall really enjoy watching this whole anime with my friend. I usually watch anime alone in my room with headphone on, but this time its different.
Reccomended this anime for you to watch, either you watch it alone or not, either you are fans of action anime or not, give the first episode a watch becaus this whole anime is such an enjoyable ride. They have different quirk every episode, and that's what makes it engaging, theorizing on how on earth does Sakamoto will solve the problem in this episode. That's all I can say about this anime. Thank you for reading my review :)

This is bite sized episode of Yuru Camp. Better served as a dessert and not the main course. Still got that comfiness and relaxing feeling along the way. Really like the way every episode is a perfect amount of screentime. It contains almost every Yuru Camp genre. From the comedy episode, to the camping episode. I may be biased because Nadeshiko is my favorite, but her focus episode with Rin just remind me of the first time they meet in Season 1. It's a simple interaction between two adorable people, just spending their precious time together. Definitely a must watch for every Yuru Camp fans

This anime tell a story about young girl dealing with depression and trauma. Not very literally, but in some way so that it can still be fun to watch. Going into another world, fight monster, catchy fight scene, something like that to keep the average viewer engaged. The subtlety message lay in the form of scene like that. As a person that enjoy analyzing media, I really like the approach they make because it appeals to both parties, the average anime viewer and the target audience for this kind of genre.
The magical girl or supernatural genre is among one of my favorite. Its not straight
...
up fantasy, they still take place in our real world, but with a twist that is magic. Makes us wonder if that kind of power do exist. The protagonist in this anime consist of four normal girls at surface, but who know that they're actually a badass in another world slaying monster. I love every protagonist, even though they can be explained in one sentence cus they feel one dimension, I still love them. In fact because of it, their lore is not very complicated so I can digest it. My favorites are Rika and Momoe. They both are the only characters that I can relate to, and you know how much you love a character when you both literally have the same life.
The writer meticulously blend in the trauma/depression narrative and the main plot. Each epiosde have a recurring theme where the characters grow into a better, more understanding person after they beat the "trauma". Quote on quote because they beat it literally and figuratively, the monsterfication of it. Exploring the psychology of the youngster which I'm interested on. We all are young before, but sadly we are still struggling to understand them. And this anime is the perfect representation of that.
But if I'm being honest here, I'm gonna say episode 11 and 12 of the anime doesn't exist. This anime have a very very good story, until the last episode where everything just abruptly put together. It's all a mess and I don't know why. They are cooking with the first 10 episode, so why not the last 2 too you know. I really like the vibe they give off on the early days where everything is a mystery to us. I bet we all have so many questions upon watching the first episode. And honestly, its better if it were left without explanation rather than the mess they created at the end there. That is my only complain.
Now we're gonna see this anine from the perspective of an artist, not a writer. Very very beautiful art style I should say. Though some people may think the vibrant bright color doesn't match with the show dark tone, well they're not outright wrong. But for me, I really love the contrast between the story and the animation. I already watch some clips of this anime and thinking to myself it can't be that dark right? Given the vibrant design of every protagonist, and I was wrong. Sometimes this anime throws you off too. They have slice of life scene with just the girls doing cute things. And then before you know it they are drenched in blood. Like I said above, I really love the contrast.
I already know 3 out of 4 seiyuu that voicing the protagonists thanks to Love Live. That anime is one of the reason this has been on my plan to watch list since 2022. Another reason is because a YouTube essay video explaining the psychology behind the show. Back to the audio talking, the OP and ED is sung by the seiyuu themselves. Not really surprising considering their previous roles. But yeah I adore it so much when an anime do that, that is also why I never skip it.
Overall I enjoy the series, even with the dissappointment toward the ending, but as a whole this anime is a great watch. I even manage to convince my friend to watch it together with me, and they didn't get bored thanks to the action scene. Will definitely looking forward to watch the OVA, though I don't put much of an expectation. I guess that is all I wanna talk about this anime. Thank you for reading my review.
