Manga: Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou
Drawn and written by the same author, while Monster Musume has a slice of life feel to it, 12 Beasts contains more action and adventure. But both have the ecchi monster girl harem working for them. So what's there not to like!

Manga: Kagakuteki ni Sonzai shiuru Creature Musume no Kansatsu Nisshi
Two things of similarities: isekai and monster girls. I think 12 Beast is more traditional in the isekai genre, being more adventurous and action. In Creature Girls, the MC actual have a sexual relationships with monster girls and focus on monster girls' anatomy.
