Both are Boys Love/Yaoi in the work place, with an uke who is a subordinate and a nice seme who is his manager. Both pairs of characters also met each other in the past before the storyline. Also, both great reads!

An office romance between superior and subordinate who don’t get along so well at first. A bit angsty making it slightly more serious than doushiyoumo nai but it’s still cute and heartwarming

Doushiyoumo nai is an office romance between superior and subordinate that gets straight to it, sweet and light without so much of the angst found in Eigyou ni-ka

Workplace romance in which boss has trouble sleeping, overcomes it by using his employee as a human pillow.

Both ukes are seen as very attractive men, and are frequently fawned over by not just the seme. However, in DA the uke doesn't care how others see him, while in DNK the uke often uses his face to his advantage in his salesman occupation.

Stories about two salary men falling in love while working together. Ukes struggle to come to terms with their feelings. Doushiyoumo Nai Keredo has more comic relief while Doushitemo Furetakunai is more dramatic.
