Manga: Brutal: Satsujin Keisatsukan no Kokuhaku
Both of these series focus on MCs that show sever signs of sociopathy as they use their respective jobs to commit indiscriminate mass killings, both main characters also implied to be extremely smart compared the characters around them so they constantly play cat and mouse games with those pursuing them and those they torture.

Both series are about a sociopathic main character as they go about sinister shenanigans. Both of them are pretty suspense-heavy and relatively short reads.

Manga: GTO
First, sorry for my bad english. So, the story take place with the arrival from a new primary teacher who must take care of the class of the high school: "the second class of high school B" (I don't know how to say it well) The high school in which the story takes place is a private high school. The headmaster asks to pay attention to his car. There is a pervert sport teacher, a horny school nurse, etc. The only major difference is that, unlike Onizuka who is a really nice guy, the guy here is pure evil.
