Manga: 13-nin no Short Suspense & Horror
Both manga consist of a horror anthology written by numerous mangakas, both have quick paced and suspenseful scenes that revolve around eldritch abominations.

In both stories, the author is able to create strong characters and background and are both very fun to read.

Manga: Tokyo Zombie
Manga of the Dead is a collection of stories by different people so the tone does change from story to story. But I feel like there are some common levels of morbid humor that fit nicely with the zombie world seen in Tokyo Zombie.

Manga: B's-LOVEY Anthology: BL of the Dead
Tragic undead stories in eight chapters, depicting the dramatic aspects of the apocalypse, with a focus on the turning process and the relationship with loved ones. MotD is quite grotesque and gratuitous at doing so, whereas BLotD is better drawn, more angsty and not explicit in terms of nudity and gore. Both are rather underwhelming horror anthologies as some stories lack originality or quality, but they're good enough to get a glimpse of different authors' styles... or simply satiate your zombie needs.
