Interest Stacks

Mangaby SteamedPlague

For part 2: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/19694
For sequel series: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/2415

This is only the series with over 100 chapters, there are many more titles available with less than 100 chapters which are also great series worth reading, this is only for those who might want some longer series.

It only says website in the title, but there’s also an app, however not every series is available on the app.

No sequel series were added to the list (Tokyo ghoul, Jojo’s), because they’re in the sequel series interest stack (and there’s no room anyway).

You can read all of the series with every chapter for $2.

The only series without every chapter available for free are:
Dragon Quest: The Adventure of Dai (Chapters are added as the volumes are released) NOT LIKELY TO GET ANY MORE VOLUMES.

These are the series only available on the website:
Golden Kamuy
Jigokuraku (Hell’s Paradise)

Worldbuilding - "the process of constructing a world, originally an imaginary one, sometimes associated with a fictional universe." These kinds of manga are usually set in a fantasy and/or sci-fi world, and excel at establishing & showcasing the rules/history/economy of their fictional universe. List was created through collective data from multiple websites of people's answers as to what manga are considered to have great world building.

For anyone interested in what graced the pages of the world's biggest manga magazine.

Link to part 2: https://myanimelist.net/stacks/5629

EDIT: Removed "Chainsaw Man" since it transferred to Shonen Jump+.

EDIT: Removed "Hunter x Hunter" since it is not listed in Jump's lineup anymore.

EDIT: Re-added "Chainsaw Man", "Hunter x Hunter", and other series that have left the magazine, since they count as part of its history.

EDIT: Added "Kochikame".

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Manga with tactical fights/strategic battles that are not determined by strength or numbers but how they use what they have available to them, using their knowledge/cunning to outsmart their opponent, exploiting weakness, planning beforehand or quick thinking in the heat of battle and using what's in their immediate surroundings to their advantage.

Not all included manga are at the same level when it comes to tactical fights/strategic battles and while the majority of fights are tactical and the battles strategic there are some that are not.

Some of my personal favorite manga that are underrated/underappreciated or are regarded highly but nobody seems to mention. Some manga lack an audience in the west while others struggled with translations during the times of publishing, however every manga listed is amazing and truly works of art that need more attention.

Below are similar manga I've strung together if you enjoy any manga in a category check out the other works as they are similar.

Manga that take power systems to new levels: world trigger, ajin, dorohedoro, kamisama no iutoori 1&2, psyren, karakuri circus

Psychological manga that will rock your brain: usogui, bokutachi ga yarimashita, kokou no hito, billy bat, blame!, freesia, i am a hero, imawa no kuni alice, ikigama

Supernatural graphic seinen: hellsing, drifters, priest, gannibal, Kouya ni Kemono Doukokusu, dorohedoro, ajin, Souboutei Kowasubeshi, Keyman

Aviso: não tenho certeza se todos são battle shounen, coloquei mesmo assim na lista pois vejo algumas pessoas classificando eles como tal.

"Best" is subjective, but I think we can all agree that, in a manga, there is always that one arc that blows the rest of the story in the water: a turning point where the status quo is challenged and the plot reaches higher stakes. Basically, the peak of a series.

Presenting my list of the "best" arcs in several Weekly Shonen Jump manga, in no particular order. This list also includes some manga that have transferred to a different magazine (e.g. Chainsaw Man, World Trigger, D.Gray-man, etc.), since their arcs were published when they were still in WSJ.

EDIT: Added arcs for "Sakamoto Days", "Witch Watch", "The Elusive Samurai" and "Mashle".
