Story (5): I'm sorry, I only read 2 chapters and gave up halfway of the third chapter. It's boring to read, the characters don't have anything to them that wants you to keep reading, all of the jokes are cringe-worthy, and there's nothing to want me to see the next chapter. Plus it's not really believable, who the hell gets bullied for having an anime voice.... and other than that, it's a woefully cliche story that you read before. Without having to read the other 10 chapters, I can already tell you how'll it end, how they meet the other characters, how they dealt with ... their problems in school, what the plot twists are, and so much more because I've already read this **** many times before and I'm not going to read one that has nothing to offer other than a boring premise

Art (6): It's painfully average, I've seen plain drawings before but this just takes it to a whole new level of average.

Character (4): The characters are not believable at all, a cutesy girl with an anime voice gets bullied and an weeaboo boy who got held back a year because of his constant gaming and wanting to be an anime producer. To think a guy with that type of goal would atleast try his best in school and to make it worse his character design just doesn't scream main protagonist like it should, instead it looks like an occurring minor character you'll see in almost every gag mangas. If these two characters became a couple at the end, then it's just pure fantasy at this point, and I haven't really seen the other few characters but as I've seen in the character list, it looks like the normal cliche boring cast you've seen in every school shonen.

Enjoyment (5): I gave many bad mangas chances to redeem themselves in the next chapter, this manga couldn't redeem itself in the next few pages. It's boring, not funny, not romantic, not believable, and asks too much of me to read more.

Overall (5): There's no reason not to give this manga atleast one chapter to see if it's your taste or not, it took me only 2-3 chapters to see it's not, and there's really only less than 20 chapters, so not really a long running series. Who knows maybe you'll get the best series you ever read and make your own positive review to make readers wanna read this.

Would appreciate if the second volume was translated so I could finish this...

Anyway, Ikusaba Animation is a fun yet short manga. After reading up to chapter 7 I would really want to read more and didn't find it boring. That said, this manga is certainly nothing amazing, but IS worth the read.

Story: 5

Well the story isn't great. The pacing is all over the place and the focus of the story seems to shift suddenly after only a couple chapters. But nonetheless, the manga tells the story in a fun way and whilst it's unrealistic, that's what makes it fun.

Art: 8

The art is really pretty and ... all the characters are distinct. Really was a fan of this art style, clear and clean.

Characters: 6

The characters are interesting but find themselves underdeveloped and left with little depth. None of the characters are particularly amazing, but they're likeable nonetheless. Would have been much better to focus on the growth of the characters and not just on the wonky story-line.

Enjoyment: 8

I personally thought this manga was good fun and I think that most people would agree. The characters are bubbly and there is some funny moment throughout. Sure it's no comedy, but it doesn't get boring.

Overall: 6.5 (Worth a read)

Was stuck between giving it a 6 or a 7 but after considering the criteria I went with the lower. That's not to say this is a bad manga (I for one enjoyed it) but it is simply nothing special. I would however recommend giving it a go, since it's so short, and trying it out for yourself.
