Bullied girls get pushed to the edge and retaliate with gory results

Both series starts at the same point which is the bullying of the protagonist. While Misumisou only focuses on the revenge, Juujika no Rokunin emphasizes on the psychology and torture methods. Still, both series delivers a good job at portraying bullied kids that seek vengeance.

Loved both series and had a very similar feeling while reading; the best description would be "a downward spiral". Henshin (Emergence) starts with the same theme as Misumisou, yet the outcome is portrayed in a completely different way. The scenario is more realistic and less exaggerated in Henshin, although slightly less serious compared to deadly serious Misumisou. Very heartwrecking and a story you will most probably think about for a longer time if Misumisou had that effect on you as well.

Both stories are about brutal bullying at school. At one point it crosses the line and forces victims to make up their mind and start their revenge which gets performed in a horror style.

The setting and the plot is similar. Misu Misou is also a disturbing manga with much more gore.

There is a similar vibe in both mangas. Similar themes such as a small town in which both series take place, a form of bullying and a strange outlook on life of some characters. The art style is also pretty similar.
