Both these mangas are gory, with strong sibling relationship between the main characters. Want to study and know more about the creatures from characters who can turn into them.

this manga is similliar in few ways but i cant say pupa is good. 

They seem to internalize the human mind with its history and show the evolution of the characters in this way 

Main characters become monsters that have to eat human flesh to survive. Both deal with more with psychological aspects instead of just horror. 

A female monster with a bone chilling ability falls in love with the main character. She will do anything to make him as her only partner for life. Yes, you're correct! Both manga is actually horror romantic incest story. 

Both are a horror manga where someone sweet gets transformed into some sort of creature with big hunger for human flesh and have to live with that, The main male character goes through alot in both too 

The art is what ties these two together, endless bodies born from the same person and a sense of despair as you read. 

Both of these manga operate on a level of morality completely detached from the norm. For the main characters, things like murder are simply a facet of life. They're living in a world that would be unimaginable for their classmates and the people who've never seen that side of them. Something important to note, however, is the way they handle this. While Abnormal-kei Joshi rarely takes itself too seriously (though more recent material suggests this may be changing), Pupa does; the constant and unnecessary gore, for example, rarely adds to the story and can often feel forced. Either of these could be considered annoying, depending on your perspective. Regardless, anyone who likes the atmosphere and concept of one would do well to try the other. read more

Both are about humans who transform into monsters that eat human flesh, and filled with gore scenes. 

They are shocking and thrilling horror stories.  

They are very similar in the aspect that of the MC getting "infected" by some unknown disease and have the urge to kill and eat other people.  

Well they are both very good, gory contains monsters and stuff...  

Very "strong" "sibling" relationships between the main characters (the quotation marks are because of Ibitsu not Pupa). Very gory horror manga in which one of the main characters will do anything in order to protect their "sibling."
