Manga: Kamisama no Sonata
The 3rd one-shot in Kamisama (Ipaasha) and Adele to Darius both have slave girls that get involved with princes and there is turmoil in the royal court for various reasons. The art is very lovely in both mangas and the stories are both very nicely done.

Fairytales, your parents probably told you some when you were little or you saw them on television. Both of these stories are based on very famous fairytales. Due to this you can easily recognize the story, but in the end they both contain a twist that makes them different from the original stoy, if you liked one of them you will enjoy the other one as well.
