Both of these manga feature a gap-moe type romance with a guy that looks like a scary delinquent except it turns out he's quite pure hearted.

If you've read any bit of honey at all, Onise is kinda like miyamura. onise is suppose to be a bad guy by turns out he's not. Well in a kinda similar way miyamura kun is known as the good guy but has like a bad guy look under the disguise. I think it's similar! I definitely think so I love them both.

Both are romances with a misunderstood, scary-looking MC. Honey is a bit more drama-heavy, while Kaoru Hana is very light-hearted.

Basically, gap moe 😂❤️... The FL in both mangas thought that the ML is frightening or hard to deal with but discovers later he has a cute side to him.. really cute shoujos...

Both are fluffy cute shoujo manga with kinda of similar themes to them... Both have beautiful art and likable leads...

These two are very different. Honey is about high schoolers in their first relationship, and Around 30 is... well about a pair in their thirties. But the wholesomeness and innocence of the main characters in both mangas are what makes them similar.

The plot is pretty similar and the two male leads kinda look alike. They are also really wholesome and fluffy.

Romance stories where a scary-faced, misunderstood boy shows his gentle side to the main character. The delicate art styles are similar.

These are two very sweet shoujo love stories, both featuring a slightly corny school-based plot. They also have a cute, kind-hearted bishie love interests that looks like a delinquent. While Rensou Mode is much more shallow and comedy-based (but still cute), Honey is adorable and pure, and developing well at this point. Rensou Mode is a oneshot (meaning less development); Honey is an ongoing manga that came from a oneshot called Sugar/Granulated Sugar.

Both manga have similar art styles and two main girls whom are a bit alike. (although the main female in Honey seems a bit less.. you know.) They are both school romance stories with a bit of comedy and a good amount of interesting situations.

The guy is being misunderstood by majority, the girl found out his true loving personality and falls in love.

Romance stories where the boys appear scary and tough on the outside, but are actually cute and considerate on the inside.

Similar premise, both males who look scary confessing to a girl who is scared of them. Kare to Watashi has borderline smut scenes though, while Honey carries a lighter tone. Both are good reads but stay away if your preferences don't involve smut.
