Both are romantic comedies (even though Ouran has a much slower romatic development) that involve a girl joining a club with no other girls but only guys. They're both worth reading and if you liked one you should try the other.

its actually nothing similar in terms of plot what ever, but the if you want an bitter sweet- cant believe u just finish the manga, heart aching slightly not sure what to do next feeling S.P.Y is good for you! its shoujo environment by the links in emotions are stronger than that!!! plus Ukyou Ayane's art is stunning!!  

Same author but S.P.Y is about swimming but both of the male leads are a bit similar.  

Both of the female main character are from far away cities to learn more about the spots that they like. 

Although SPY isn't a gender bender, both manga are about sports and determination, and the main characters' personalities are very similar, i think
