Both are romantic comedies (even though Ouran has a much slower romatic development) that involve a girl joining a club with no other girls but only guys. They're both worth reading and if you liked one you should try the other.
They have the same kind of expression (story) as Ouran High School HOst Club. About a club , who has an only girl joining in, but there is more action into this story unlike Ouran who is more on the romantic comedy side. They also have twins and sweet-lover eating member.
