A Sign of Affection and The Witch and Her First Love are two delightfully sweet romance manga with a relative shy female lead and her love interest being a much more popular boy. There's not much of your usual shoujo love triangle shenanigans here; most of the series is spent on these two building a relationship together with lots of really cute interactions, and the main character's best friend even gets a romantic relationship developed too. Both manga have hints of delicacy to their art as well. 

A Galaxy Next Door and The Witch and Her First Love are two romance series with a somewhat episodic-style narrative and a bit of supernatural. The latter detail is more specifically about the female leads, who are not your usual girls—Seira seems to be able to see the bright-colored aura of the people around her, while Shiori seems to be... an alien princess? Either way, I feel both have similar appeal because of the wholesome nature of the relationship and progression of the story... also there are tarot cards and fortune-telling. 

No Match for Aoi-kun and The Witch and her First Love are two manga about someone who tries to keep a secret so that they don't get shunned, only for someone they suddenly met to accidentally learn about it from the protagonist. The two then become friends after this person expresses interest instead of disgust for the main character even after knowing their secret. One of these two people also has some kind of magic abilities. Both manga also have nice art. 

Golden Japanesque and The Witch and Her First Love are two shoujo manga featuring a romance between a teasing popular boy and a girl shamed into hiding herself due to being shunned in her childhood. Her love interest's nonjudgmental attitude over discovering her secret furthers their newfound acquaintanceship into something more—both are overall great reads for those looking for some wholesome romance. 

The Witch and Her First Love and I Am Here are two shoujo romance manga about a school girl who feels distant compared to her peers, whether it be caused by rumors or just generally not being noticed. The girl soon finds a boy who notices and acknowledges her presence, making her feel happy and slowly open up to others. Both manga also have decent art. 

The Witch and Her First Love and Pixie Pop are two shoujo romance manga with some fantasy elements. Both of these manga are relatively short reads about a girl associated with some kind of fantastical element (The Witch and Her First Love is about a girl who can see auras while Pixie Pop is about a girl who meets a drink fairy) and her experience with first love. The art in both manga are also decently cute. 

The Witch and Her First Love and Ultra Maniac are two shoujo manga with elements of romance and fantasy. The story focuses on two girls, one with long dark-colored hair who is well-known in her school, and another with short light-colored hair and a cheerful personality (though The Witch and Her First Love is mainly centered on the long-haired girl). One of these two girls is a witch of sorts and helps the other somewhat regularly with her powers. The art in both manga are also fairly charming. 

I.O.N. and The Witch and Her First Love are two shoujo manga published by Ribon Magazine. The main character is a high school girl who has some sort of supernatural powers—Ion has psychic powers that often occur after spelling out her name, while Seira can see others' auras. These two short manga are also about first love. 

The Witch and Her First Love and Zodiac P.I. are two shoujo manga with some supernatural elements. While Zodiac P.I. is primarily an action-packed mystery series, both manga have romance elements and feature a girl who does some fortune telling as the main character. These two manga are also relatively short reads.
