Being Korean webtoons rather than manga, they use a different format suitable to read on a mobile device. Of course, their similarites don't stop there. They are darker and better suited for a mature audience, whereas their simplicity and small number of chapters (Hwaja by the way is 35, not 10 chapters) makes them easy to be binged. About Death is by far my favourite though (and among my favourite works), because of its magnificent stories and messages.

A young teenage girl lives in a questionable place without the supervision of any adults, and hides a terrible secret inside her heart. However, while Kamisama is short and emotional, Hwaja is dark and mysterious.

Both manga focus on the struggles of very young girls who are forced into prostitution/sex slavery due to their circumstances, which ofc, were completely out of their control. Do keep in mind that while Hwaja is a little on the mystery/supernatural side, Bradherley features flat out shocking content (including child rape).

If you like the combination of mystery and romance, this will scratch the same itch. I personally found the quantity of romance in Dusk Maiden to be more than Hwaja, but the maturity of content in Hwaja is definitely higher. Hwaja tells of an evolving storyline with depth of the characters, while Dusk Maiden mostly consists of the present day, past flashbacks and evolution of the girl MC during the interim period. Both stories are very touching, and dark. If you want a darker more mature storyline, pick Hwaja If you want more romance, pick Dusk Maiden if you like one you'll be sure to like the other.
