The story was set in the same world as the original manga it came from, Yuru yuri, and characters was from there as well but like the title suggests, it was about oomuro sisters and their daily lives. The characters was introduced in a way that it showed oomuro family first and extended outside from hanako and nadeshiko as we already met sakurako's group of friends in yuru yuri.
At first I thought it wouldn't be as enjoyable as yryr since it has no kyouko in it but I was proven wrong and I think I like the spin-off more now but probably just a bias
...
on how the story teases me.
Story revolves around the sister interactions and the mystery behind who is nadeshiko's girlfriend as she has quite a number of friends to surround herself with that it makes it vague and confusing. I didn't know that yuri and mystery could work well but its annoying in a way that it just keeps on teasing you but the yuri is there (nadeshiko and friends being really close with each other). There are also direct references to yryr in the story which is quite funny and heartwarming.
I also loved how hanako appreciates her sisters even though one of them is pretty dumb but it was shown that sakurako truly cares for her sisters which hanako and nadeshiko realizes too.
The art was as usual, its adorable.
Overall, great manga and hope it gets animated even not as a separate anime or specials but like how dragon maid includes scenes and clips of everyday life interactions that was included in the spin-offs too.
