Both stories about about talented and mysterious people(who are masters in their own worlds," Mushi Master" in Mushishi "Glass of the Gods in Bartender") who throughout the story help solve all sorts of people's problems(Mushi in Mushishi, Cocktails in Bartender)

Both series revolve around alcohol. Bartender has a more mature vibe to it while Osake is more on the cute side.

Bartender gives off a similar vibe to Dr. Frost. Both their main characters use keen observation to help them excel in their area of of expertise. For Bartender, it helps him serve the best drink possible to his customers, while Dr. Frost uses his skills to help others to find their mental disorders (and potentially help them). And they both leave a psychological impact on their customers / patients, changing their lives.

Both revolve around a main character or location and then tell the story of the person through various short stories. If you liked the style of storytelling with Namiki, you'd definitely like Bartender as well.

Bartender is a well developed manga, while the other is a one-shot collection, but they both use their theme (for Bartender is the alcohol, in the Anthology - the cigars) to create stories which mostly gravitates towards the human relationships, desires and goals in life.

Bar Lemon Heart is an OG comedy manga about alcohol, educating the customers about types of drinks. Bartender is more serious with the customer's troubles being solved by the cocktails they are served. Both have an educational component about drinking.

Bartender is a bit more serious and is about helping people solve their problems by serving them a cocktail. Takunomi is about the ups and downs of starting an adult life and drinking at home with housemates to wash away stress. Both manga have an educational side about drinks.

Very similar stories both written by Araki Yoh. They both have the same theme (alcohol) and the same structure of a prodigy teaching people valuable lessons through alcohol.
