Alright, let me start this review by saying that I am usually not very into shoujo. There are very view shoujo manga that I actually like. At first Love Strip seemed like your average cliche shoujo, with a guy who is about two times bigger than the heroine, a childhood freind romance (sort of), and a heroine who's brain is seemingly filled with nothing other than "He is so cute" Oh my, he loves me" and "Kyaaaa".

I loved this short volumed manga. It was fun, cute, and an overall sweet story.
As a summary here is the idea. Guy and girl are best friends in elementary and moving on to Junior High/High School together. Unfortunately, even though girl is a nerd in appearance, she's far from being a nerd mentally. What does that mean? She's not smart by any stretch of the imagination. The guy however is a rebel, troublemaker who only applied to the smart school with girl because he liked girl. He got in and is considered a genius. So he's the uber hottie who's very smart. i liked this story even if its only one volume...i really wanted to see what happens afterwards but yeah..........the story is about a childhood love...and a nice one at that....... its funny that shes dumb and he likes her very much even though she looks like a bookworm character........has smut content but a good read since it has a nice development in the story of how she need to get into his highschool..... there a lot of lovin in this manga as well.....also its funny how much dominance he has over her and the love they have for eacother

Um, I'll start with that I loved this manga and everything about it was super sexy and what not. But, I don't know what would you call this? Ecchi, Mature, Adult??? The story line should have been longer and maybe had more of an point. Okay, so maybe I should say... this manga did have a point, it was really sexual, and the art was good. So, give this a read if you want something sexual and short to read... And no its not Hentai. =P

I loved this short manga i thought it was so cute and romantic because unlike most mangas like this one, it accually had real romance and love and i think thats amazing the story line wasent bad for such a short manga and they fit alot of detail and information into just 3 chapters. The art was good and the bodys were well drawn. The characters were cute and grew through the manga the girl more than the boy. I enjoyed this series greatly and would reccomend it to just about anyone. Thanks and hope you enjoy Doting Love Strip!!!!!!
