Manga: Akuma Jiten
Very similar art style and presentation. The basic premise of both are similar at first, but then Happy World diverges from Akuma Jiten, the plot becoming darker and the humor becoming more mature and risque.

both had a similar feel to it while i was reading for example both have an angel coming to the human world to do something the human who at first didnt like the angel fell in love with her and vice versa cycle of rebirth and plenty more

Manga: Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan
Some pretty insane ecchi-angels-romance mangas these two are, they will make you cry from all the laugh, of course both have these weird mania to kill the principal character, while this is keep all the time in Dokuro-Chan in Happy world it takes a shounen style whit battles between angels and demons. They are both amazing mangas, and i hope that all people like them too.
