Twins sharing body, great art, mysteries, if you enjoy this I'm sure you'll like these two.

Both have similar themes of protagonists with some form of mental block, and are largely psychological in their conflict. Both are very dark in their subject matter, PunPun being darker and more in depth, mostly because of its length. Both have romance as a subplot, though it is less integral in PunPun until the end. Both protagonists constantly think back to their child-hood and that is often the source of the strife. Both very good physiological stories about protagonists that claim to be well-adjusted and normal, but slowly warp into their true selves. Very Good!

Bullying and hallucinations are central topics here, but unfortunately Swweeet doesn't really hold up all the way and changes from violence, sex and hallucinations to... a shounen style mystery?! Still it's lots of great qualities. Nijigahara Holograph is one of my favorites so it's hard to compete with that.

Both manga are psychologically deep, where the lead female is struggling with a lot of mental baggage and the male is involved in a particular way. Negative Happy Chainsaw Edge and SWWEEET drag emotion out of the reader and leave them satisfied but wanting more. Definite must reads.

Some bullying involved. Also about a boy wanting some girl. Both with 'evolved' ecchi/seinen content.

SWWEEET is the version of Touch where the the twin complex spirals out of control. It's the version where sex/reverse raping occurs and two of the childhood love triangle trio are mentally disturbed because of events in the past. If you found yourself reading/watching Touch and got frustrated over Tatsuya's lack of balls and him suggesting placing a picture on the wall to prevent sex, SWWEEET is the manga for you. It's insanely underrated and is in desperate need of attention.
