SWWEEET is a romance/drama manga with some disturbing 'erotic' scenes in it.
It starts out with the protagonist talking to his reflection in the mirror.

His reflection is actually his lost twin brother, who reappeared in the mirror after being missing for many years.
They are having a discussion about whether the protagonist should save their childhood friend (a girl), whose currently bullied severely by her classmates.

After scrapping his balls together, the main character steps in to stop the bullying of his childhood friend. But the rescue isn’t going as he (romantically) planned it to be and things get out of hand.

SWWEEET is a romantic-drama with a affinity for some surreal and symbolic design and erotic development, it's a story about a boy and girl with a problematic past that keeps them from being together, it's has themes like coming of age, a love triangle, the nonacceptance of one self, what is to yourself and adolescent guilt.

This manga is worth reading in my opinion.

I liked the art and was very consistent, however this manga doesn't draw a line betwen its "sweet" and obscure charge, it is a mess of emotions that builds slowly so the first chapters to the ones in the middle aren't as enjoyable to read but its climax at the end resolve much of the conflict you might have while reading trying to understand what is going on and gives more sense to the extreme characterization of the main characters, specially Sakura who seems unrealistic and obscure to an extreme.
