the era of big-eyed shoujo characters

This is my compilation of shoujo and josei series that I think could maybe, possibly get an anime. We've been getting a lot lately and I wanna see what guesses I make turn out to be correct.

I do not include manhwa in this stack anymore because I am not knowledgeable enough about it (though I do feel like Abandoned Empress will get an anime at some point...).

A collection of romance mangas that have fantasy or supernatural element in them.

These are all having romance as main or sub element in the plot. Some of the recommendations may get a bit dark but still are romance mangas.

The best way for the items chosen to be represented would be:
Something close to if Witch Hat Atelier (Tongari Boushi no Atelier) had a little older cast and a touch of romance.

This should help a few other people out with the manga reading challenge 2024. I'm going to try to only include mangas where the food name is the main character or a supporting character that appears frequently.

A shoujo manga means a comic published in a magazine targeted towards the young female demographic (under 18) in Japan.

Josei means a comic published in a magazine targeted towards the mature female demographic in Japan.

The term "tsundere" describes a person who is initially cold or hostile before gradually showing a warmer, friendlier side over time. The tsundere character has trouble admitting their affection to their love-interest or friend, even denying their feelings while blushing.

As tsunderes tend to be annoying, this is a list of actually likeable guys, not the asshole ones.
