Both of these serialisations feature the following similiarities: an initially ordinary guy who becomes equipped with supernatural powers; various supernatural events that usually involve combat; and plentitude of ecchi and romance.

Both have harems full of demon/monster girls, have a lot of comedy, and at least one nipple every few pages.

Harenchi Gakuen is like the old grandparent of every ecchi manga, included HSDxD. In both manga there are a lot of action segments interwoven with the sexy displays of boobs and asses. In HSDxD the story is about supernatural creatures, involving demons and angels, while Harenchi Gakuen satirizes the Japanese society of the times (which is not so different from the one we live in nowadays). The structure of HG is often episodic, even though there is a continuity, instead HSDxD's events are all tightly linked together

Both are ecchi with loveable characters. The story's differ drastically however they both make an enjoyable read.

Fantasy works that draw on mythology and religion heavily, incorporating those into their power system. Both have harem undertones but the protagonist isn't the usual wimpy one harems tend to have, but a man of action. What started off by the main character accidentallying himself into some sort of scheme late turned into the protagonist getting involved in various situations to protect what is dear to him.

-A powerful demon -good art -some ecchi (a lot in DxD)

Both series are characterised by action and ecchi set within a supernatural theme.

In both, you will find girls who are powerful supernatural entities, normal male protagonists who they recruit, and lots of ecchi. Both are also combat oriented and have most interactions between characters transpire within a school setting.

Both have beautiful demon girls and it seem that Maou na Ore to Fushihime no Yubiwa will have a harem while Highschool DxD might have one to but I guess if you like sexy demon then you might like both of these manga.

In both series, the main male protagonist's life dramatically changes after a faithful event. From that day on, they deal with supernatural forces alongside a group of powerful characters. Both series consists of a dominant female cast with unique abilities. There's also competition between groups and rivalries that develops. As the story develops, important relationships are formed between the main characters that translates into trust, devotion, and even romance. Both series are also known for fan service especially in regards with its fighting sequences.
