They're both about fashion! Ageha is about makeup while Beauty Pop is about hairstyles ^^ i strongly recommend both! 

both stories are about a small mysterious group that are trying to help girls becoming beautiful so that they have confidence on confessing their love...Ageha 100% has a lot more deeper romance than K.O.M., though... 

Both manga is about make-up and the female character originally hating her face. And soon falling in love with the person who is close to them. 

Both mangas protagonists are girls who literally "transform" once make up is applied onto them. They gain more confidence once the make up is applied and they both wear glasses before the "transformation". Both are really cute and nice reads if you have spare time.
