if you read both this manga , will notice it's quotes some things from the novel 'alice in wonderland' particulary in arc lily 'the door and garden , complexity memories , even the family name 'alice in' doudo , the twins and clock , i think that lily he's bunny . 

Servamp is similar in that they are both friendship heavy shows where pears of partners fight and team up in a supernatural setting. It really has a similar deal to zatch bell 

Both main characters pick up a stray animal on the side of the road only to learn that they are, a vampire in Servamps case, and A zodiac spirit in Eto Royales case. The main characters accidentally become the masters of these creatures, as their lives are turned upside down in ways they would of never imagined before stopping to help what they thought to be regular animals  

The main protagonists lives are both changed when they come into contact with supernatural beings/entities. In order to fight off Bad guys that are the same species and race as the beings in question the MC's partner up with these Supernatural creatures in order to survive.  

Both are about a bond between a human and a cat-ear-hoodie-wearing vampire. Mary and Kuro both have their tormented pasts (though Mary can't remember his) and despite being incredibly powerful, neither of them is inclined to fight. The stories are quite distinct, however and if you're into vampires, Bloody Mary is a good manga for you.
