Manga: The Flowers of Evil
Both are quite dark manhwas with twisted and messed up relationships between blood related relatives (twins in The flowers of Evil and cousins in Cynical Orange). Both have beautiful and yet cold and selfish heroines and both deal with death/suicide. If you like one you'll most probably enjoy the other as well.

Both girls are considered very pretty and because of that, they are misunderstood and ostracized by the girls (and receive a lot of attention from boys) and have trouble with the one they like.

Both manhwa have girls who are very pretty, which causes them to have a lot of attention from boys and no real (female) friends. The personality of both girls is very similar. They are both very strong and a bit cold. If you like Girls in Heels, you'l like Cynical Orange, too.
