Both animes are centered around girls who really want to sing, and become able to by magical means.

When I first saw this, immediately thought, Cyber Idol Mink - Hatusne Miku;; Besides that Cyber Idol Mink are kind of like real people and stuff. They both go through a CD that makes them become a singer. You have to read both of them to get what i'm thinking of.

Cyber Idol Mink and Fairy Idol Kanon are both magical girl manga that follow a young schoolgirl who is given a chance to become an idol via fantasy means (Mink uses futuristic technology while Kanon has help from her new fairy friend). They both have a charming art style, lots of different outfits, and some comedic scenes that can appeal to female readers and those who are fans of idol stories in general.

Idol Dreams and Cyber Idol Mink are two shoujo manga where the main character undergoes a new transformation into an eye-catching lady, quickly getting roped into the world of showbiz. There is a bit of a danger to this new situation, as the transformation comes with a time limit and possible trouble concerning the kind of technology/science that makes the MC transform, but a male character(s) aspiring somewhat in the industry convinces her to keep going. Expect some lovely shoujo art as you read.

Cyber Idol Mink and Toki Meka are two cute stories that include a character who uses advanced technology as their special abilities (they even have special cell phones). They also have great art styles and are written by creators of famous magical girl series, as Cyber Idol Mink was made by the creator of Saint Tail and Toki Meka by the creator of Sailor Moon.

Kamichama Karin and Cyber Idol Mink are two magical girl manga series about a girl who accidentally get themselves caught up in magical situations beyond their control, with Karin dealing with powers she never knew she had and Mink dealing with a CD-ROM that gives her a magical idol identity. Both manga series have a noticeable focus on romance and a very cute art style— both elements that will easily attract shojo manga readers.

Both involve a girl having a secret identity thanks to something that they didn't mean to find. (In Otona Ni Nuts, she finds the magic nuts. In Mink, she finds the discs.) They also cannot tell anyone who they really are.
