Full Moon wo Sagashite and Cyber Idol Mink are two magical girl manga that focus on the main character, a young middle schoolgirl, becoming a magical girl idol. The girl learns about the music industry and has a rival who wants to foil their career. Both series have a big focus on romance, a really cute art style, and are overall gorgeous reads, but it is also worth noting that Full Moon wo Sagashite is much darker than Cyber Idol Mink. 

Both have cute art and character designs,have romance in it as well as magical related as well too. 

Mermaid Melody and Cyber Idol Mink are both magical girl stories that have the main character become a magical idol. While Mermaid Melody is more of a magical girl warrior story than Cyber Idol Mink, both are fun takes on the magical idol idea while adding unique ideas into their respective stories. Romance is also heavily involved with both stories. 

both are magical girl stories with dual lives/identies and a young teenage lead and both are in a sense the magical girl forms take place of notable beings as well too. 

Saint Tail and Cyber Idol Mink are both magical girl stories created by the same author, following a young school girl's adventures with the same charming art style and similar levels of romance and magic in the story. Both series can be considered classics in the magical girl genre, as Saint Tail is a fun story that innovates with a magical girl thief who uses magic tricks in place of fantasy magic, and Cyber Idol Mink is a fun take on the somewhat popular magical idol subgenre that integrates futuristic technology. 

Both are cute magical themed stories with lots of cute art and character designs as well as dashes of romance in it. 

Cyber Idol Mink and Skip Beat both follow a story about a girl who gets into the entertainment business (Mink enters the music industry while Kyoko enters the acting industry). While the main characters have different motives and different ways of how they ended up being in the business, there is a good amount of the plot that shows off the ways of their respective industries in both stories. There is also a clear emphasis on romance and comedy. 

Dream Saga and Cyber Idol Mink are two late 90s shoujo manga made by Megumi Tachikawa. The main character, a young schoolgirl, gets a strange item that gives her powers and a transformation. 

Kirarin Revolution and Cyber Idol Mink are two shoujo series about a girl who gets a lot of attention and shortly becomes an idol. There is a girl who is upset by her sudden popularity and tries to sabotage the main character. There is also a love interest who the main character finds through her time in the show business. 

Both are cute quick reads with lots charm as well as nice to look at art and character designs.
