This one-shot is not important to Gantz' story and doesn't add anything to the manga universe itself, this chapter just talks about the Gantz author's inspiration to create the manga. The only thing that can be taken away from this chapter is that it shows that the author is really a perverted guy (not that we didn't already know that from the main manga but here he says it himself).
