The art is almost identical. The details towards the backgrounds, the character design and colourings are beautiful. The characters were some what similar as well as they shared quiet natures with disturbed backgrounds that doesn't get explained until later. I personally like 'Only the Flower Knows' better.

Both have stories were main character looses something and goes back to retrieve it. Soon on the love begins to pick up.

The art for both are very similar, almost identical! The love interests are also slow paced and minimal but still keep you hooked into their developments. I personally like Seven Days better though as it's more light hearted with less drama.

> The ukes are similar where they are only good at one thing - art. They can't cook, clean or look after themselves and rely on the seme to do everything for them. They are also both social outcasts and can only talk/associate with the seme. > Both semes are loyal and like the uke (even though the uke is unaware). The seme's complain about the uke's behaviour but in the end does everything for them. Besides the characters there are no more similarities. 'Breathe' is more light hearted where 'Mottomo' has some dark twists and plot. 'Breathe Without You' is much better in my opinion.
