> The ukes are similar where they are only good at one thing - art. They can't cook, clean or look after themselves and rely on the seme to do everything for them. They are also both social outcasts and can only talk/associate with the seme.

Besides the characters there are no more similarities. 'Breathe' is more light hearted where 'Mottomo' has some dark twists and plot.
'Breathe Without You' is much better in my opinion.
