just a mediocre gag abridged manga about Dragon Ball that suppose to be funny.
There is no need to read from start to finish, you can pick up where ever you want and get a few laughs. It's not too funny knowing that it is based on a gag manga which becomes serious later on. So most of the funnies may be around the Cell Saga or Frieza fight. It's all Chibi too to hit home that this is its own "universe". If you like these kinds of scenes, you may enjoy it.
