Both mangas involve an uke in an abusive relationship. However, in SnwSY the abuser is the seme, while in AhnKwDN the uke is dating another man, and the seme saves him from further torment. In both mangas, the ukes fall in love with the semes first.

Both semes are very harsh toward their ukes, and only toward the end of the manga is the conflict fully resolved. (In RF the abuse is only verbal and emotional pain. In SnwSY it is physical abuse and rape).

Both semes are mean to their ukes. In JtnH, the seme ridicules and demeans him to hide his love for the uke. However, in SnwSY the abuse is much more severe (beatings and rape), and his love for the uke is only recognized after the uke shows his own love for the seme.

Another story by Riyu Yamakami which deals with mental abuse. Naive/helpless ukes fall for abusive semes. The first one is about mind control while the other (Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi) is more about physical abuse and rape, still including mental abuse. Both stories are very dark.

Both stories deal with an unhinged seme who is in a dysfunctional relationship with the uke - he's mentally and physically abusive (and distant) due to his own set of insecurities and trauma.

Written by the same mangaka, it's no surprised that beneath the superficial layers, both these manga are nearly identical to each other. You have a possessive and abusive seme who mistreats the uke, who, despite knowing about the seme's terrible personality, still loves him and accepts that he's in an unhealthy relationship. What's enjoyable about both is how the characters are pretty believable. And honestly, Sasayaku is a vast improvement over Deep Flower.

Both mangas contain semes that are mean and violent toward their ukes. Despite this, the ukes persevere, and work hard to finally gain the other's love.

Both the semes rape their ukes. However, in OnT they had not been a couple at that time of the rape.

Both mangas involve evil semes that relentlessly rape their ukes.

In both we have a violent seme and a pitiful uke. Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi's storyplace is in college where the seme is older than the uke while in Kishidou Club the seme is a childhood friend of the uke. But they both involve rough sex scenes, mean seme that gradually fall in love with the uke and both have a kind of 'happy ending'.

Both mangas show sex in a very gruesome light. In SnwSY, the seme and uke have an abusive relationship, in which the seme is constantly raping and beating the uke. In AnK-s the seme sells the uke out to other men for money, then has violent sex with him afterward.

In both mangas, the semes act very harshly toward their ukes. However, unlike in TC, where the seme is merely rude, in SnwSY the seme consistently rapes and beats the uke.

Both mangas involve evil semes that relentlessly rape their ukes. In Giglio, though, the two men were never a couple when the rape occurred.

Both have a mean/violent seme and a younger uke where the seme gradually fall in love with the uke. Like in the Finder series, in Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi, the uke is being kept by the seme a certain time. In Sasayaku no wa Sono Yubi, even though the uke is already in love with the seme, he develop the Stockholm Syndrome and fell in love with the violent side of the seme.
