Manga: Sora wa Akai Kawa no Hotori
A girl is sent back in time through water and falls in love with someone she meets in the past. Red River is a lot longer than Nise no Chigiri but if you are willing to invest in it, it is entirely worth it

Though one is set in the parody of Wonderland and the other in the feudal Japan, they both include time/dimension travelling, they' re both harems and have lots of bishounens.

Manga: Namidaame to Serenade
It's a time traveling romantic manga that happen in Japan. In Nise the time traveling happen at the moment that Japan had a lot of fiefdoms, each with their own lord, samurais and ninjas so it is expected to see a little bir of political conflicts and a fierce romance. While In Namidaame the time-travel takes the protagonist to the industrial age of japan making the reader expect a more romantic and easy going plot .

Manga: Shinobi Life
If you like Shinobi Life, try Nisei no Chigiri - both have to do with someone traveling through time to the time of the sengoku and shinobis with the political intrigues of that time period.

Manga: Sengoku Strays
They both are set in the Sengoku period involving Samurai and Ninjas. Also in Sengoku Strays there is a harem of guys as well. However I don't think there is romance in Sengoku Strays, unlike Nisei no Chigiri.
