They both remind me strongly of each other and at the same time they are completely diffrent. Both main characters (Noa and Light) are both Geni, they both have someone who they fight(L and the weird Cop) they have females who follow there orders, and a gigantic plans for world change. Yep, and at the same time the feeling is quite diffrent, but I think you will like one if you like the other.

zennou no noa haven't got too far for scanlation but both of the story have the same kind of ideal, a boy as a main character and intelligent, wanted to change the world with their power, a girl who would support that main character... Noa and Lelouch have the same kind of sanity ( i guess but no offense to any of the fan out there okay~~) and characteristic. so if anyone who love to read/watch either of these manga are welcome to read the other one if you haven't ...!

In both stories, the way protagonist tries to change the world is similar.

- They both start off in a closed off place/region where everything is being controlled and is considered "perfect". - The main characters both know that where they live is a false utpoia - They run into a wanted criminal and end up saving them and by doing this it changes their lives forever...

Both have elements of terrorism and hacking. Other than that both plots are different

Both main characters are terrorists. Both can be considered vigilantes.

they both have main characters that strategically aim for their goal and behave very psyched... it gives off the same feel.

Not so much "Shikkoku no Renya" but Zennou no Noa does remind me of the Code Geass- two enigmatic students pitting their intellect against their oppressor

The tree main characters of the two mangas are very similar-a boy who's trying to protect the weak [he's a prodigy with an extraordinary past and currently can be called a terrorist], a girl who helps him [and is in love with him] and another guy, who's fighting for his own justice [and wants to eliminate those who don't share his ideals]. The plots and the art of Code Geass also resembles those of Zennou no Noa. BOTH ARE A MUST READ!
