Luca and Shino are very similar to Goku and Bulma personality-wise, the stories also have the same feeling and art-style.

Both shounen, it's in a world where special people can use the effects of rare items for combat. In 666 Satan all kinds of objects, and in Metallica Metalluca ores. In this world, the main character is a simple minded boy with mysterious powers. They travel around the world and befriend different kinds of people. They both have a dream other people make fun of.

Both are shonen adventures, that revolve around finding wonderous and rare objects (animals in Toriko and minerals in Metallica Metaluca). I enjoy Toriko more because of the intense action, but M.M. just started, so lets just see

These two series are almost identical but Metallica only has one chapter so far so it might change. - same art style - same humor - very similar characters - the worlds are almost identical with monsters that look similar in both - Metallica's world revolves around ore and Monster Hunter's world revolves around monsters. So if you liked Monster Hunter or just about anything by Mashima you will probably enjoy this.
