Manga: Gangsta.
Gangsta and Black Joke takes place in a setting where there are gangs, violence, and power struggles. There is themes of assassination that involves the main characters as they on powerful individuals/groups. Both series also features the mafia as they get into conflicts with the main characters. There is a noticeable amount of graphic content (and sexual themes in Black Joke). They adapt mature elements that makes their story more realistic.

they both got that dark seinin atmosphere going on. really epic plot for both and if you enjoyed one you will definitely enjoy the other

Both are about gangs and lawless cities, and they both have amazing fighting sequences.

Manga: Sun-Ken Rock
Both are all about gangs and the underworld, have a lot of variety in character designs, and similarly "rough and muscular" sort of art (obviously different styles though). Black Joke is more international, while Sun-ken Rock is more Asia based.
