This manga was a really pleasant surprise. I have been craving a ghost story, and this manga is right up my alley. I like the story and the art; I enjoyed it so much. However, as you can see, I give it a 7, and here is the reason why: double twist.
If you read some of my reviews, you know I love those slow-burn stories, and I can't tell you how much I love just appreciating the story moving as slow as how my life is growing. It's like appreciating what I have been given and enjoying what I have.
With this in mind, I ask
...
you to try to imagine what happened when I saw this one-shot manga have a double fake-out in only 50 pages.
Now, I know that sounds like nitpicking, but come on, man, just tell me a straight story. You don't need to use elements of surprise to make it more interesting. Just a ghost-possession story would be okay for me, or the ghost haunts the protagonist at the end. That's cool too, you know.
But, alas, it is still interesting. I would recommend it for people who like ghost stories. I give this a 7.6/10.
Oh, almost forgot, thanks to MangaPlus for providing this one-shot manga. I appreciate it.
P.S.
Really want some of those ghost possession stories. Would love to hear if people have interesting stacks for those niche genres.
