Both are music themed where the band members are in relationships with each other. This also has a relationship where a new member comes into the picture and falls for a guy who is already in a broken relationship with another member, and tries to steal/win him over. 

The one where friendship and love blooms among people with their mutual love for music.  

The art is very similar. Like, uncanny! Not a lot of shading but very detailed character designs and sceneries. I even thought 'Age Called Blue' was one of Shoowa's works, at first. Both manga's are about musicians and their twisted romances. Although NON Tea Room is much lighter, the themes are still the same. I find the stereotypes towards English Rock bands the same, as well: messed up lead singers, skinny band members with long hair, band members who party way too hard and get a little crazy. Also, the characters are very similar in their actions, behaviours and morals. I didn't personally like either of these mangas, but found them both very similar in many areas. read more 

Well, for one thing they have the same author/artist and both mangas are yaois with an interesting plot-line and beautifully drawings. Whereas "Koujitsusei no Tobira" is more action orientated, "Non Tea Rooms" first story is a slice of life and the other one is slightly science-fictional. But both mangas are very sweet romance stories, and if you like one of them, it's very probable you like the other, too. 

Non Tea Room chapter 4 and 5 "Wipe It" has the "same" Love Neco's basic idea: Robot/artificial life. Both are BL/yaoi too, Non Tea Room has some funny momments, but it's more serious about the "robot" story while Love Neco is more comedy and centered in the development of the relationship. 

Well, both are BL/yaoi mangas. It is somehow band-related (Orutana > one of the characters plays in a band; Non Tea Room > almost all of the characters are in a band). We got a possible love triangle too! And we got the "I was just being used" drama too... Shoowa art style is more sketchy if compared with Orutana's, which is so clean, but both are good reads. 

Second story from Non Tea Room - Wipe It - reminds me of Zettai Kareshi right away. In both we have some kind of artificial human but in Wipe It you can find even more interesting idea. Oh, and be avare of BL content.
