I get it—some people aren’t fans of pure chaos, raw carnage, and utter craziness. But let me tell you, this manhwa is undeniably GOOD.
If you’re still calling it bad just because everything is wild and insane, I honestly feel bad for you. You’ve clearly missed out on gems like Fire Punch or other series where the author dives headfirst into madness and still manages to craft something brilliant.
To those asking for a “reason” or a “message” behind all this chaos—why do you even need that? This is raw, unfiltered madness at its finest. THAT’S the whole point. And I absolutely LOVE IT.
This story shows
...
what humans can truly become when they’re given power. It doesn’t always bring control or righteousness—instead, it exposes their flaws and sends them spiraling into madness. The MC losing himself to the chaos is a perfect example of that. And the antagonist? He is on an entirely different level of insanity.
Stop trying to overanalyze it or search for some deeper meaning. Just embrace the craziness, dive headfirst into the madness, and enjoy the ride with the rest of us.
Oh, and let’s not forget—the art?!
It’s absolutely TOP-NOTCH.
Of course, there are a few issues that can’t be overlooked, as this started out as just a competition demo rather than a fully fleshed-out story. You’ll notice some small inconsistencies early on. But other than that, I love how it completely lets loose. It’s a breath of fresh air in the world of manhwa, where everything seems to need a reason, and MCs are either heroic good guys or “villains” who are still morally justified. This manhwa says, “NOPE!” and lets the MC descend into complete insanity.
Again, I understand that some of you may not enjoy this type of story. But rating it poorly just because you’re not a fan of the genre isn’t the fault of the manhwa itself. It absolutely delivers for its target audience and, as I mentioned, feels like a fresh addition to the scene. It even reminded me, in the best way, of manga like Fire Punch.
I’m writing this review because I’ve seen a lot of people misunderstand the point of this story, or others claiming it’s bad—like some of the reviewers who said they don’t recommend it.
If my opinion changes or I feel there are updates worth mentioning, I’ll come back and revise this review to reflect an objective view of the series.
Since this series is still ongoing, there’s a good chance my opinion may change by the end. So, for now, it’s up to the author whether my thoughts remain the same or evolve. Until then, see you all soon, and happy reading! :D
