The MC becomes a "pet" of a high ranking individual (Death God in 07-Ghost, King in MnN), magic and stuff, and both MCs have a secret side to them. Also the endings are pretty much the exact same

Manga: Tsubasa: RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE
-Both of them revolve around a world of magic and wizards -Traveling to different dimensions -Fulfilling wishes which must be returned in some way -Friendship and strong bonds are very important elements in both -There are twins! -And memory loss... -The stories get kind of confusing towards the end, but somehow everything becomes connected in a strange way that (maybe) defies logic, and is smart at the same time! I really recommend both!!

Manga: Shinigami Doggy
Both the Shinigami, Shin, and the wizard, Tarnia, take in the main characters after they die and have them become their servants. Both boy characters do not have much of a choice and are somewhat indebted to their saviors. However, Shinigami Doggy has more of a Shounen Ai element to it.
