Solid 4/10. Classic saku (elaborated below). Some of the flattest and most infuriatingly inconsistent characters ever, extremely generic and low quality romance, terribly written drama, mostly unenjoyable when straying even just a tiny bit from the usual youtube tutorial called something like "how to romance 101: the formula" with one of these yellow books as thumbnail, lol.
For everyone who doesn't know saku, they essentially spam release romance series, some with a focus on romance and others on comedy. The comedy ones are infinitely better. Some of the stuff was okayish, most of it ends up incredibly lackluster.
From then on it has been kind of a

barrage with nothing really sticking. I honestly do not understand how they are allowed to pump out so many series of this quality but here I am, a part of the problem, reading every single one of them.. why? I can't tell you. I simply don't know myself.
Their stuff reads just like these ~super trashy low qual trainwreck full drama~ manga that have been trending and coming out en masse recently. And honestly, I like reading them. Might be the reason for reading this being at least slightly fun. Thus the "Mixed Feelings" on me recommending this series.
Also, I am not hating on saku personally, I just am questioning their artistic decisions as an author and if there is a reason for being stuck in this copy paste template.
As for the contents, they are exactly the same as saku's other work releasing at the same time (they started at the same time but this here series has twice as many chapters) called 'Tozaki-san wa Boku ni dake Tsumetai'. Not about to spoil the whole manga, below is just a quick timeline on how all their romance focused manga go and why the characters are inconsistent and why the writing is subpar even in its best moments.
MC meets girl(s) -> for some reason everyone loves MC -> female MC(s) fully deny and actively work against MC while distancing further through actions but feel and WANT to do complete opposite (essentially all female characters in their romance focussed works are giga tsundere) -> no original drama, ALL drama is exclusively the introduction of another male and them having a way too close and intimate relationship with the female MC(s) instantly or years ongoing asspulled out of thin air that leads to misunderstandings on repeat (actual rival or not) -> female cast members either are manhandled by said males in front of MC multiple times and rather hefty misunderstandings (luckily very little NTR-bait) happen or female MC(s) do something they should do with MC with other guy instead -> female characters are wildly changed conveniently as is fit every time solely to enable all of that -> 2 panels of everything being solved or ignored into pumping some progress into repeat from step 1.
No, I did not just spoil this whole manga. This is saku's template. No, I am not kidding. Apart from chapter numbers, the timing of said stuff happening in story is always close to the same. It is bizarre reading both mentioned works at the same time.
"But it is the usual trashy shoujo stuff?" No. It sadly isn't. There is no tropes to make it enjoyable. Nothing is established and ever set in stone. The characters are less than one-dimensional and drama has no impact since it is solely enabled by the (female) cast behaving uncharacteristically and the other party (99% male) being actual strangers that are treated like a major main char.
You think you are safe? Well, f you! Here is a dude that somehow is giga close to her from her circle that she hangs our with A LOT that you never saw and heard of ever before flirting her up with her just going along with it in front of MC without any explanation or feelings or watever! But characters of saku do not question, ever.
It just is not fun. You are watching the same movie or series over and over just with other peeps appearing in it. But it ain't Your Name or Scrubs or Up or Interstellar. It is freakin' the new Lion King or Joker 2 or Borderlands. It just ain't it.
BUT if you like your trashy low production value B movies like Birdemic or Sharknado and want to eat some fastfood even if you know you will feel nasty, oily, still empty and resentful afterwards, sure, read this but do it absent-minded and while doing something else.
