Gal to Tsuchinoko is a romcom with a ridiculous premise that somehow nailed its approach to being a delightful, bite-sized read. Not only are the characters surprisingly distinctive compared to the traditional norm (perfect heroine; introverted male lead), the way the story and romance unfold is actually rather interesting.

It's not a romcom with a deep story. It's just... really good. The concept is so silly yet captivating that you'd need to read the actual chapters to really understand its hilarity. Overall, I highly recommend this one if you're a fan of pure insulin romcoms.
